Delete your Hex TCG account

Applies to the Hex TCG apps for iOS and Android.

Option 1 — From the app (immediate)

  1. Open Hex TCG and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open your Profile (your avatar on the Home screen) and tap Delete account (on iOS it is in the User Account section).
  3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted right away.

If the app asks you to sign in again first, that is a security check from the sign-in provider: sign in and repeat the steps.

Option 2 — By email (without the app)

Send an email to hextcginfo@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Hex TCG account", from the email address of the account (the one you sign in with through Apple or Google). We verify the request and delete the account and its data within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in identifier
  • Your profile: summoner name and avatar
  • Your collection, sealed products, custom collections, lists and wishlist
  • Your decks, match tracker history and notes
  • Price alerts, manual prices, preferences and notification tokens
  • Your friends list, friend requests, and your entry in your friends' lists

What is kept

  • Purchase records. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and recorded by our payment partner RevenueCat. Those transaction records are kept by them as required for tax, accounting and refund purposes. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
  • Aggregated analytics.Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics are not removed; event-level analytics data expires under our analytics providers' standard retention periods.
